Over 25 years ago, I discovered formal yoga practice, and it transformed my life. What started as a way to find balance and calm soon became a journey of self-discovery, strength, and connection. Yoga gave me the tools to align my mind, body, and spirit, and it’s been my foundation ever since—a practice that continues to inspire and evolve with me every day.

From books and VHS yoga tapes to studio classes, I fell in love with yoga over 25 years ago. At first, I thought fitness meant hitting the gym, but yoga became my way of finding balance. Now, I’m sharing the practice that transformed my life, helping others achieve health and happiness through personalized yoga programs.
